We accept a wide variety of payment options to make shopping easy for you:

We currently ship to the following countries:

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Please note it might take a few hours for the tracking number to become active, it’s totally normal, so don’t worry.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 90-day return policy, so you have plenty of time to decide if it’s a match! If it’s not, you can find all the details on how to process your return in our Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.

We currently do not offer free returns. For more information, visit our Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of the website.
Once your return package has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Yes! However, refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase the gift.
Yes, you can. Please create a return for each order in our system, and choose the self-postage option. Print out the self-postage label(s), and attach to the outside of yout package along with your actual shipping label. This shipping label, you have to purchase yourself.
In this case, be sure to attach both return labels on your package.
Orders
Yes! A confirmation email will be sent to your email address within a few minutes of purchase. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@humbleoriginal.com.
Unfortunately, all orders are final once placed, and we’re unable to make edits or cancellations. This is because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot update shipping or billing details once an order has been placed.
Very rarely, we may need to cancel an order if the stock level was displayed incorrectly at the time of purchase. If this happens, we’ll email you right away with an explanation and an upd.
Missing Order
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
1. Check with your household members or neighbors to see if someone accepted the package on your behalf.
2. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us at support@humbleoriginal.com within 4 business days of the "delivered" status. Include your order information so we can help resolve the issue.
Missing Item
If you’re missing an item from your order, please email support@humbleoriginal.com with:
• A photo of the box and delivery note
• A list of the items you did receive
We’ll investigate and make it right.
We’re sorry to hear your parcel didn’t reach you! Once your order is returned to our warehouse, we’ll process it as a return and issue a refund. Feel free to place a new order on our website at your convenience.
Unfortunately, discount codes can’t be applied to orders that have already been placed.

We’re so sorry it’s unavailable right now! At Humble Original, we’re committed to reducing waste and avoiding overproduction. This means some items may temporarily go out of stock, but no worries, we’re constantly restocking your favorites!

No, our products are intended for personal use only. Orders placed for resale or export purposes may be canceled at our discretion.
