Certifications help us verify specific claims about materials, processing, packaging and animal-derived inputs. Each standard covers something different, so we show what applies to a product or part of our process instead of treating every certification as proof of the same thing.
GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD
Where GOTS certification applies, the standard verifies certified organic fibre content and sets environmental and social requirements for certified stages of textile processing and manufacturing.
We distinguish certification of the underlying material or base garment from claims about the finished HUMBLE product, so the wording stays within the scope we can verify.
GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD
Where GRS certification applies, it verifies recycled material and chain of custody and includes additional social, environmental and chemical requirements for certified processing.

FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL
We use FSC-certified packaging materials. FSC certification supports responsible forest management and chain-of-custody controls for forest-based materials.
This claim applies to the packaging materials where stated, not to the garment itself.
FAIR WEAR
Fair Wear is an independent non-profit that works with member brands and factories to improve labour conditions in garment production. Where Fair Wear applies through a supplier or production partner, it provides an additional reference point for social performance and ongoing improvement.
We treat this as one part of due diligence — not as a guarantee that every challenge in a supply chain has already been solved.
PETA-APPROVED VEGAN
PETA-Approved Vegan identifies products or brands that meet PETA’s criteria for avoiding animal-derived materials. Where the label applies to HUMBLE products, it relates to vegan material composition and should be read within that scope.
Depending on the product, we use organic cotton and selected recycled fibres, with the exact composition listed on each product page.
We keep improving the choices behind our clothing — from packaging and materials to longer garment life and future second-life solutions.
We expect our production partners to take working conditions seriously and use established systems for monitoring and ongoing improvement.
Packaging is part of our impact too. We use FSC-certified packaging materials and keep looking for ways to reduce unnecessary material.
