Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Dutch time (CET/CEST) on business days are handed over to PostNL the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are handed over on the next business day. Orders placed during weekends or Dutch public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping and tracking
All orders are shipped from Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with PostNL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Track & Trace information.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is handed over to PostNL.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs processing, local holidays, service disruptions or delays at the local delivery partner. PostNL transfers international parcels to a local delivery partner in the destination country.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges.
These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient unless they are shown and collected during checkout. Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery time.
Free returns
A prepaid PostNL return label is included in your parcel. Returns are free when you use this label.
