We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can use the prepaid PostNL return label included in your parcel. Returns are free when you use this label. Please follow the return instructions included with your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products and items that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or legal reasons.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We accept returns of sale items in accordance with this return policy. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour or item, return the original item in accordance with this return policy and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, where this right applies.

As above, returned items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy and does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Please remember that your bank, credit card company or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 14 calendar days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received confirmation that the refund was issued, please contact us at Support@humbleoriginal.com.
